School Supply & Food Drive

Each year, WakeEd provides FREE classroom supplies to nearly 11,000 teachers in Wake County Public Schools through their program Tools4Schools! This helps ensure that all students have the supplies they need to focus on learning.

Most Needed Tools4Schools Items:

• Crayola Markers, Colored Pencils, Pens, Sharpies, Highlighters, and Expo Markers
• Headphones, Fidget Toys, Plastic Clipboards, and Play-Doh
• Color Copy Paper, Cardstock, Post-It Notes, and Index Cards
• Hand Sanitizer, Clorox Wipes, Scissors, Glue Sticks, Pencil Sharpeners, and Tissues

Prefer to shop online? You can purchase items directly from their Amazon Wish List, and the items will be shipped to Tools4Schools.

We've also partnered with Hortons Creek Elementary School to help restock their student pantry with individually packaged items.

Most Needed Hortons Creek Elementary Items:

• Granola Bars
• Chips
• Fruit Pouches
• Snack Bars
• Trail Mix
• Oatmeal
• Cereal
• Canned Soups and/or Pastas
• Canned Vegetables and/or Fruit
• Macaroni and Cheese
• Rice

Please ensure all items are individually packaged and well within their expiration dates.

We'll be supporting these efforts and collecting donations through Sunday, August 16th. Collection bins can be found in the lobby on Sunday mornings.
