Remember When I...
Forgiveness can be tough, but it’s powerful. In “Remember When I...?,” middle schoolers will explore how forgiving others — and themselves — brings peace. This three week series helps them see that learning to forgive can impact the way they relate to themselves, God, and others.
WEEK 1: You can forgive. (1 Thessalonians 5:15)
WEEK 2: Forgive like you've been forgiven. (Romans 5:8, Colossians 3:13)
WEEK 3: Forgiveness takes time. (Matthew 18:21-22)
REMEMBER THIS
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Ephesians 4:32, NIV
DO THIS

While on the go this week, ask your kid: “What would help someone forgive? What would hurt it?”
Meal Time
At a meal this week, have everyone answer this question: “What is something you wish you could send away and forgive?”
Bed Time
Pray that you and your kid will have the strength to forgive in a way that “sends it away.”
