Limited Edition
A series about our identity in Christ.
WEEK 1: WE are a limited edition. (Genesis 1:27, Genesis 1:31a)
WEEK 2: YOU are a limited edition. (1 Samuel 16:6-7)
REMEMBER THIS
"You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed." Psalm 131:16, NLT
DO THIS
Morning Time
As your kid starts their day, tell them one thing you like about them—a trait that you wish you had or were better at.
Drive Time
While on the go this week, ask your middle schooler: “What is something wonderfully unique about someone else you know? In our family, a friend, a classmate, a neighbor, etc.?”
Meal Time
At a meal this week, have everyone answer this question: “What’s one thing about yourself that you love? Something unique that sets you apart from other people?” (If anyone has trouble thinking of something, have others offer positive suggestions.)
Bed Time
For this age group, standing out includes a lot of social risks. Pray that both you and your child will see the value in the things that make you unique.
