Grief Group
A group for anyone who has experienced loss, recently or in the past
Grief can feel incredibly overwhelming, but no one should have to navigate it alone. We invite you to join our support group, a safe and compassionate space for those navigating loss, whether recent or in the past. Each session will provide a space for reflection, comfort, and understanding. Through guided discussions, shared experiences, and supportive connections, participants will have the space for reflection, comfort, and understanding.
Beginning April 24th, this group will meet in person at Crosspointe for 6 weeks.
It will be facilitated by Rachel Mathew, a Crosspointe member who is both a Certified Grief Educator and seasoned psychotherapist.
Meeting Dates:
April 29th
May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Participation in all six weeks is strongly recommended in order to gain maximum benefit and support from the group.
To offset supply costs, there is a $25 fee to participate which can be paid upon registration.
If cost is an obstacle, please contact our Care Pastor, Pam.
Registration is required; group size is limited.
